MacXtra End User License Agreement (EULA)

We request the user to read these before using and installing any MacXtra Software. This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between MacXtra and Users (individuals or an entity or company or organization). The products are paid for and sold through the internet shareware market. MacXtra products are not free to use. The Software which is provided to install and which you are installing is a Demo version of the Software which is limited to use and with some features; you can evaluate the trial software for a maximum of 30 days after installation. After that, if you still wanted to use it, you must register yourself by paying the registration fee to MacXtra Software.

Refund Policy

IF YOU HAVE THE UNUSED AND UNINSTALL PACKAGE OF THE PURCHASED SOFTWARE WITH AN UNUSED ACTIVATION KEY YOU CAN RETURN THE COMPLETE SOLUTION PACKAGE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASED DATE AND YOU CAN DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT, THE TERMS, AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT GIVE THE DETAILS CONCERNING THE ELIGIBLE AND ALLOWED USE AND USERS OF THE SOFTWARE UNDER EACH LICENSED COPY OF SOFTWARE.

License Terms and Conditions

  1. Use the Unrequested (trial) software on any computer at one time.
  2. This software is free on online services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety, keep intact all the notices that refer to this License and the absence of any warranty, and do not pass on any User Registration Details which you have received. This software may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for a fee without the permission of MacXtra Software.
  3. Registered Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the Registered Software personally on one or more computers. The registered software is called in use when software is loaded into a computer random access memory or installed on the hard disk or any other storage device.
  4. Installing the Registered Software on a network server solely to internally distribute the Registered Software shall not constitute "in use", provided that you have a personal license for each user to whom the Registered Software is distributed. You shall ensure that the number of software users does not exceed the number of corresponding licenses.

COPYRIGHT

MacXtra owns the Program, and it is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties. You can not delete from the software or hide any proprietary notes, labels, or signs.

No product warranty

MacXtra does not provide any warranty for their Software.

THE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, PROFITS, LOSSES, DAMAGE, AND ANY KIND OF DAMAGE AND LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THE SOFTWARE.
